Larry Miller
BMCI put on a new roof in Feb of 2021. They have been back several times and the roof is still leaking. They say they are not responsible but can fix it if I pay them more. It is a long, sad tail beginning with non-English speaking workers who did not work on the agreed upon schedule to the company telling us they are not responsible for fixing a leak around a vent pipe coming through the roof. They will agree to anything to get the sale, but getting them to deliver is a whole other story.
