Cislo Randall S Dr. Randall Cislo was raised in Kaneohe, Hawaii, graduating from Castle High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Hawaii - Manoa before moving to St. Louis for his dental education where he earned his dental degree at Washington University School of Dental Medicine. In practice since 1982, Dr. Cislo has proudly served the Waimea community since 1986
