Remarkably incompetent. No call and no show. Unbelievably rude when irresponsibility and lack of professionalism noted and chose to intentionally leave paying customer in the lurch after pre-scheduling pick up.
EDIT. Followed up this review immediately not with an apology, but a threatening insult for daring to post an honest review. Unwilling to improve and disinterested in customers.
