We are a construction company that outsourced a remodel job to Circle G Construction out of Clyde Tx around Nov of 2020. This company is owned by Billy Gregeware or (William Gregware) His bid came to $60,000 and 3 months to complete. 3 months later he's less than half way done, lied about material cost and changed the bid from $60,000 to $87,000. He claimed high material cost but we're a construction company and the little bit of framing material he bought was about $18,000 yet he claimed it cost $36,000. Since we knew this was not true we asked for receipts. Instead of showing the receipts he refused, told us to shove the job and ran off with our money and some material! He lied about the material cost, refused to provide receipts, pocketed our money and ran!
