Each home is unique and features an attached garage, heated basement and a yard. • Beeghly Apartments – These studio, one-and two-bedroom apartments provide direct indoor access to Copeland Oaks’ common areas including dining venues, chapel, health clinic, library bank and beauty/barber shop. All apartments come with a kitchen or kitchenette although one complementary meal a day is provided. Residents can also rent a garage. • Lakeshore Apartments – Situated on the shore of Copeland Lake, these full apartments feature an attached parking deck and an enclosed walkway to the aquatics, entertainment and fitness center. • Assisted Living – These 300-900 square foot apartments are perfect for individuals in need of assistance with day-to-day activities. Residents will receive help from our trained staff with various activities and they have access to all of the common areas and events throughout the community.
