Very poor service. Failed to deliver an estimate in a timely manner. Said he was waiting on manufacturer then even offered a refund which he promised to deliver the next day. He even had me text him to confirm our location He had actually told my husband on 2 separate occasions he either sent the estimate or would resend it. And added in the excuse that he must have had the wrong email. Instead of delivering a refund, he finally put together the estimate and delivered it 4 hrs later with a note attached saying we’d hear from his legal counsel if we posted any negative reviews. It’s amazing how the estimate was able to be put together so quickly and delivered despite not having heard from the manufacturer after their business hours and not getting any corrections on the email address. 🙄
