During our move with All My Sons Moving & Storage - Austin South, one of their movers sexually assaulted my wife by making non-consensual physical contact while she was alone in a room. We filed a police report the same day; the Austin Police Department investigated, and the case is now filed in Austin Municipal Court as a Class C misdemeanor. The company acknowledged this in writing but never called, emailed, or apologized. They also damaged our property and then sent a settlement agreement with a gag clause to stop us from speaking publicly about what happened. I asked them to remove it. They refused. No apology. No accountability. No resolution. This company protects itself, not its customers, and still expects victims to pay them thousands of dollars.
