If I could give this business a zero star I would! I have been working out of the country for 2 years. When I initially hired this company my lawn, shrubbery were in excellent condition. I should have known something was wrong when I was not getting updates on the condition of my lawn.In the 2 years I was abroad my yard was not being maintained as agreed. I recently returned home unexpectedly to find my yard in complete shambles. All of my outdoor lighting was broken along with 2 sprinkler-heads. My guess is they had been damaged when the lawn guys mowed the lawn. All of the shrubs had grown out of control from not being maintained. There were 25 ant hills in the front yard and 5 in my back yard standing at least 5 inches tall. Furthermore, there were so many weeds in my lawn it looked as if it had been un-kept for years! I notified the owner (Trenton) of my disappointment in his performance regarding my yard, he was not at all remorseful. When I relayed to him my concerns and informed him I would no longer want his service his only reply was Okay.....He didn't even try to make restitution or try to correct any wrong doings. I had to end up hiring and paying 500.00 to repair the damages sustained from the neglectfulness of Let Us Give You a Hand Landscaping. My advise to anyone thinking about using this service or currently has this service is to stay on top of this company due to the high turnover in employees and unreliability of the owner to accept responsibility!
