If there were a way to give negative stars I would. I should have hired my 5 year old niece. She would have done a better job and been more professional. Mr Diaz never finished the job and left construction debris and garbage all over the yard. In addition, he bought an excessive amount of lumber and other materials that were never used and left all over the yard. I'm reluctant to divulge any more information on location and what was done at my house for fear of retribution. He says he is in the National Guard but he also has a criminal record so I don't know what's the truth. I take some responsibility for not doing my due diligence in getting references etc. Big lesson learned for me in the future when hiring a contractor.
