I had a great experience! I was desperate for a deep cleaning and it was so easy to set it up over email. I didn't know what to expect as I had never used a service like this before, but my cleaners went above and beyond. The patios are swept, the kitchen is spotless, my bed is made, the floor is completely cat-fur-and-dust free. The oven is super clean inside, and they even straightened up all my piles of stuff I had laying around. All the cat toys had been collected into the cat-toy basket (I forgot to pick them up myself), and she even brought my garbage & recycling bins in from the curb before she left. 100% amazing. I've heard great things about this company so I decided to give them a try. Since my first conversation while making my appointment with Jan, I felt the professionalism and dedication to their customers right away! I went home from a long day at work to find my house amazingly clean! As I walked in and smelled the clean fragrance, I felt a great relief!. My floors, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms looked great! even my blinds were completely dusted and cleaned. I was not disappointed at all and I would definitely refer Octomaids to anyone in need of having their homes cleaned. I cannot wait to make my next appointment, they truly met my expectations!.
