I don't write many reviews, but after this experience I felt compelled! My fiancee and I were on board the Hornblower ship Infinity last week, shopping for wedding rehearsal venue, and were blown away! With out doubt has to be one of the best cruising operations in NYC.
The ship was very young, and extremely clean with windows so large it felt you were incapsulated in the city.
Onboard the food options were delicious. The trip started with a great spread of meats, cheeses, veggies, and asia nibbles to enjoy with a cast off glass of champagne. Underway appetizers, and main course were served table side from a well balanced menu. The presentation was neat and attractive while the food was well prepared. The highlights were a fillet minion cooked rare to perfection, scalloped potatoes and crab cake appetizers. I strongly recommend a chartered catamaran cruise and highly recommend it with Proteus Yacht Charter.
