We take our job very seriously and believe in the following:
1. We will arrive on time, and if requested will call prior to arriving.
2. We will make sure you are satisfied with the work we do or will tirelessly work until you are.
3. We will communicate with you about all foreseeable issues.
4. We will be honest with our expectations and our prices.
5. We will not use any detergents that are harmful to your family or pets.
6. We will go above and beyond to provide a high quality service.
We believe that our quality stands above all others, and because we care about your satisfaction we provide high quality with fair and affordable prices. If you see an ad or a coupon with a lower price we will try to match it and beat it by 5%. If we can’t match it or beat it, we will explain the advantages of our service compared to the other company. We want you to be happy with our service and we strive to be the best carpet cleaning company in Colorado. We offer Free estimates and a Money Back Guarantee.
The equipment a carpet cleaner uses is also very important. While electrically powered portable units have their advantages, we believe that a gas powered truck mounted carpet cleaning machine is better:
1. Gas powered machines do not require us to use your electricity. Many portable machines require a plug in powerful enough to run them, usually a dryer wall outlet.
2. Truck mounted machines have collection tanks for the dirty water. We do not need to run extra hoses into your house to dump the dirty water.
3. Our vans have fresh water tanks mounted in our vans, this allows us to have self-sufficient operations and we do not need to hook up to your water faucets or outdoor spigots. We can also control the quality of water that we carry.
Because of these advantages we can service properties that do not have electricity and water turned on. This is very beneficial for rental properties or properties with well water and generator powered electricity.
We do not think that portable carpet cleaning machines are bad by any means, however your should realize that many times a person using the portable unit may not have the experience in cleaning carpets that we do. For a company to get started in this business a portable unit is the cheapest route, often costing just a few thousand dollars.
