Very disappointed! I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt like I had to with the experience I had. This business was recommended by two of my friends so I gave it a shot. This business also had lots of good reviews on their Facebook, and I couldn't beat the $70 price so I decided to try it out. He was late almost an hour after he set up our appointment time for 11 am, not arriving until 11:45 am. I was on my lunch hour, and had my coworker waiting for me to give me a ride back to work. The inside of my car was soaking wet, there were streaks all over my windows and drips of whatever he used to clean the inside all over the inside parts as well as streaks. My car smells horrible now because of how wet it is. The inside of my trunk was also soaking wet with puddles of water in my trunk (I have a hard cover for the inside of my trunk). The outside of my car looked like it was just rinsed off with dirt running down the side of my car, not wiped off. I had to basically reclean my whole car myself. He finished my car in less than an hour! He does not detail your car, he just shampoos it, and wipes things down quickly. My car looks worse now that before. I am very irritated that I wasted money on this. Would be happy with a refund! Again, so disappointed. Don't be cheap, it's better to spend the $150 to $200 at a professional place to have your car detailed. There is a huge difference between having your car detailed and having your car cleaned! He does not detail your car!
