Our Hastings plant was Nebraska's first dry-mill ethanol plant. We produce ethanol fuel and livestock feed products.
We estimate that we will produce around 120 million gallons of ethanol between our Hastings and Lexington plants. Additional co-products are also produced as part of the distillation process. Condensed distillers solubles are partially dehydrated into a syrup form added back into the distillers grain to increase the feeds nutritional value. Distillers grains with solubles can be used either as a wet (DWGS) or dry (DDGS) product.
