Horrible experience. They do not care about their patient. We had an appointment with a neurologist for my mother and they canceled the trip on us. The dispatcher was extremely rude and the when we complained with Cathay express transportation services, who had made the appointment for us, they were unwilling to help and instead said they would do an internal investigation. Rep in the call, Kawana, didn't even apologize. Do not use this company. When we went to reschedule our doctor appointment, the next one is for 2 months. Who is going to take responsibility if my mother's condition worsens?
