Poor customer service an Deven worse cable service. Has to be the worst cable I have ever had and I'm 52 years old. When you call for help can't get a real person only recording and get no help with any of it. When you do finally get someone if you're lucky enough to they can't fix what you already pay for only try to sell you bigger package. Very poor service can't even watch half the channels you have because of the poor reception and they won't do anything to fix it. There isn't even really a office in salem VA you can drive to to talk to someone only pick up more equipment and they tell you that's all they are there for is more stuff you have to call their numbers for help and when you do there isn't any help to find only trying to get more money for poor cable service. Get any cable other then this it is worst I've had in the 52 years I've been getting cable.
