Obviously a place that does not understand a non-traditional rental situation. Judgmental towards single moms, part-time workers, poor credit and big families. They want "good on paper" people. Not truthfulness. Come here if you want a brutal, hurtful lecture on all the things you've done wrong in life. Bonus points if you can make it through the rejection without crying ... because I couldn't.
First, not hearing back from someone's prior landlord does not make it a negative rental experience. Some landlords are just busy or on vacation. We have paid each and every lease break fee we've ever had.
Second, I am a stay-at-home mom who gets child support and was able to verify ~20K in savings. You knew before apps we were interested in prepaying a portion of the lease to offset income. The rest of us have jobs or are in the hiring process. You just didn't like them. You should be reported to Fair Housing for your discrimination towards our family situation.
I DO NOT have maxed balances. My daughter does.
You can think you were on the "right" side of this (and have your relatives counteract our authentic reviews) but as a property manager you are unprofessional and a hypocrite. Your "give me and us a chance" motto is laughable.
