Our experience with them over the past year:Our need to replace siding completed,the dates promised/planning delays(add in rain ,windy days)became drawnout throughout August to October'17.Add in excuses:car troubles,no childcare(they only work as a team ),sick child/in ER so no childcare,played on our sympathy as parents/grandparents in relation to their personal needs relating to this.Weather again because they went to INDOOR job sites on clear sunny non windy days.1st contact with Tjadens August 2017, the posted pictures of our home&storage shed in October appears completed,but job was NOT completed.Trim,window awning were left, promising we would be the 1st,FIRST,in 2018 season.We contacted them early,April/May ,"checking in" re their schedule/startup.They were already contracted for job in Park Rapids, they talk of this on their site.They came once early June/after MemorialDay to look over/plan ,as now we were discovering peeling paint.Our localPaint Store manager(national chain)even came over to house to all review together peeling paint on house,now gutters also.We had 1 approx 2-3hour day,Tues.July 31st when they started rescrapping,priming spots.BUT they left for family vacation that Friday,August 3rd.This in the middle of their " professional high season".Texted them Sun.night August12th to plan the 13th.They agreed then next day texted conflicting excuses.Again stood up Thursday Aug.23. No contact from them since, yet Aug 17th they had FaceBook sale ad for work! :(
