I live in town in Becker ( where this company is located) and called them about my water heater not working. They got someone out right away and on time. The installer Ron spent about 30 minutes looking at it and came to the conclusion that he was unable to figure out a way to drain my water heater so he was gonna go back to the shop and talk with Mike and get some ideas. He said "I have your number and I'll get back to you." Well here I am without warm water for nearly 2 weeks and nobody from the company has gotten back to me. I'm an installer in a different Field and don't get the choice to choose to do a job or not and definitely can't just ghost the customers without any contact or response. If you need some work done with HVAC definitely don't call this company go with WILSON HVAC they will see the job get finished and make sure you are happy.
