Dr. Marcus Robinson is the founder and principal consultant of Social Innovation Group, a consulting practice that helps organizations and individuals create profound breakthroughs in human social ecology and well-being. With a Ph.D. in Clinical Hypnotherapy and over 20 years of experience in this role, Dr. Robinson is a social innovator and transformational leader passionate about advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors. Dr. Robinson provides client-driven custom-designed consultation and transformative education that fully transfers competency and capability into his clients and enables them to create inclusive cultures that drive sustainable high performance. He has facilitated workshops, coached senior leaders, and led change initiatives for various clients, delivering on their vision, mission, and purpose. He is also an accomplished artist (jazz-funk-soul guitar), arts administrator, and artist-activist.
