Absolutely the worst internet provider ever. Daily outages, continual interruptions and all around slowness. This has been an ongoing problem for 5 months now. To make matters worse they just don't care. Calls to customer service go unanswered. When asked to leave a message the voice mail is usually full or you are left with a 15 second window to leave the message. The few times the phone is answered a very condescending man will tell you how it is your fault the internet doesn't work. Calls are never returned and no one ever comes out to check if there is a problem. I've been extremely patient but have reached the end. I will make it my mission to make sure as many communities know of your shoddy product and indifferent customer service. Out of curiosity why can the Better Business Bureau not get ahold of your company? What are you trying to hide.
