We had a glass slider installed at our home by this company. We had some issues with how long it was going to take for the door to be ordered and installed and what they had originally told us as well as the time the sales pitch took with having two young children in the house at dinner time. We were told we would receive a gift card for our troubles and we never received it. Because we were told over the phone we have no paper trail. I have contacted Yossi regarding this and no response back....so frustrating!
