Buyer beware. This contractor is unprofessional and unethical. They tried to complete our deck without filing the necessary plans or permits even though it was clearly part of the quote. It took them three times longer to complete it then agreed to because of the permit delays and failing 6 inspections. We had to file complaints with the city of millcreek and DOPL to get work moving again. Once Jake sells you the business, now that you will never see him again. You will notice that on this site and others his reviews are older and stale. His works has gone down hill and you should be careful before agreeing to work with him.
