Charles Elias was hired to design a driveway that JJ Dibble Construction improperly installed causing water to come into my home. Mr. Elias designed and "supposedly oversaw the project". The driveway failed less than 2 months. This man supposedly worked with George Torello who was the "go to man" for any problem. I trusted Elias would do I good job. The email that I received from him (and saved) acted as if I was never his client. It turns out the Mr. Elias and JJ Dibble had a working relationship so whether or not the work was done correctly didn't matter. I understand he is teaching at UConn. Maybe the students would like to see the "experienced" engineer's design first hand. They are welcome to come over.
