Stay away from this company, I am disgusted about the customer service I have almost 5 months and I don't received any updates for my order, I sent email many times for refund but no refund or response, I called many times I left messages and no calls back, I don't recommend this company.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I've never seen such incompetence with anything I've purchased in my life. I ordered $11k of statues on July 5th, for delivery on August 8th. I confirmed with delivery window with them twice before then (with them confirming). Not only did they not ship my items, but I had to call them to find out. We then rescheduled for another window, which they missed again. At this point, they couldn't even nail down a delivery window so I asked to cancel the order since I obviously wouldn't be getting my items and I needed to find another solution for my business. Their refund was missing $2,000 - which they claimed for "restocking" for something that never left their warehouse. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL DRAG YOU ALONG UNTIL YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CANCEL AND THEN CHARGE YOU A FEE FOR IT. I'm currently in the process of taking them to court on this but I want to warn anyone else before they make the same mistake as I do. There are better options out there.
