THIS COMPANY HAS BOUGHT Valley Forge Apartment 4350 Madison Ave there is no regulation about parking no towing company anymore. Very sad office has not been open for a week now. I know they will open up for the 1st of the month for rent.

This place is disgusting and a poor excuse for property management! My application was approved a month ago and I talked to the sales manager about waiting until the first of the year to move in with just paying first months rent and he agreed with the wait but A week before my move in date property manager emails me saying I have to pay 3x rent to move in. This is a scam!!!!

This place has very poor communication. I've reached out to them for almost 2months about my application. The rude secretary name Julie is very unprofessional and RUDE AS HELL...... she just keeps sending applications to be re filled out. This must be a pop up Management 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️... BBB HELP THEM
