I first spoke to Mark Erickson in August 2020 regarding a residential surveying project. We exchanged emails and I sent him all of the data I'd gathered. I then proceeded to attempt to contact him again by both email and phone no less than 9 times, the last time in March of 2021 when both my husband and I tried to contact him. One of us sent an email, the other called the office and left a message with Mr Erickson's associate. Both final contact attempts were on the same day. He never returned a single call or email. If he didn't want the job, fine, but at least be professional enough to say so, rather than just ghosting me. Valuable time was wasted that could have been spent finding another surveying company. If that's this company's standard of customer service, they've set their bar extremely low and I'm probably fortunate to have dodged this particular bullet.
