I would give this place no stars. They have the release of personal property and we have contacted the lady in the office numerous times today to get my purse that has my son's medicine my id all of his medical cards in it but she doesn't want to get off her butt until Thursday. We even went there and called the police and she is still not helpful. My son has been with out his medicine and prescription glasses going on day 2. These people are very rude. We had to call multiple times just to get her to verify the vin I'm her website to book an appointment to gather our belongings.
