I made an order online the 5th of August 2019 for $57.34 of non-perishable goods. Never got a tracking number, so naturally when 2 weeks had went by and still I had not received my delivery I emailed, called and inquired multiple times from 8/20-9/4. Himanshu finally replied September 6th to tell me that my package shipped 16 days AFTER I paid for it, which was the last I heard from him. Many emails later, USPS finally let me know it was lost forever after looping and was merely told that Himanshu had to file an insurance claim through them to get his money back for the packaged goods (which it was insured). I relayed this message to Mr. Khosla and even resorted to searching the net just to find him only to be ignored. I filed a complaint through the BBB, and since they are not a credited business, all that resulted in was giving Indian Dukaan a D+. Through all of this I am now in the process of filing a claim myself through the USPS as I was finally told I could do so (2 weeks passed the 60 period) by Elizabeth Deloach, my local Williston, FL USPS officer. It is now October 23rd 2019 and I am out $50+, ruined a wedding after party/get together which I planned to cook for and all of the time spent through emails, web searches and phone calls...for nothing! I definitely recommend you look elsewhere for your Indian Cuisine and groceries as this gentleman obviously has ZERO regard for his customers, let alone business ethics.
