A check of our records revealed we have not performed work for the individual who filed this review. Not sure if its just a mix up with company names, or ?

Definitely not to be trusted. Not insured and uses Bait and Switch tactics. Does not give quotes in print and then lies about all the details, repeatedly asks for more money.

Unsure of who this individual is, or if we have even done work for her, but we have a long list of satisfied commercial and residential customers that we have performed work for over the years. We put everything in writing and do carry insurance, as any responsible business owner would. Lastly, the only money we have EVER asked for, before or during the jobs we do, is either for up front material costs, or for work that has already been performed and completed. Not sure this person understands what Bait & Switch actually means. And asking for monies to be rendered once the work is completed is a normal business practice. We expect to be paid if you ask us to do the work.
