I hired these guys to redo my siding. What a nightmare!!! The quality of the siding work was shockingly poor. Crooked panels, uneven edges, and visible gaps were just a few of the issues that plagued the finished product. It was clear that corners were cut, and a rushed, careless approach was taken. The aesthetic appeal of my home was significantly diminished, and I now face the daunting task of finding a reputable contractor to rectify the mess left behind. To add insult to injury, the contractor managed to cause additional damage to my property. The lack of care and expertise resulted in dented gutters, scratched windows, and even some structural damage. The overall cost of repairs has skyrocketed due to the need to fix the contractor's mistakes. In conclusion, my experience with this contractor was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear and invest in a contractor with a proven track record of professionalism and quality workmanship. It's a painful lesson learned, and I hope others can avoid the headaches and financial strain that come with hiring an incompetent contractor like this one.

Will Howard Construction's (CRC1331876) tagline is a joke! "Quality Delivered On Time". We are in the midst of a 2BR/2 Bath, 1300 sq ft condo renovation from Hell that was contracted 11 months ago & has resulted in us being out of our home & staying in costly Airbnbs for 7 months now with no end in sight! Our experience has been that WHC will promise the world at the time of sale in order to get the job & then have excuse after excuse as to why everything is done wrong & needs to be redone, ultimately further pushing your project out. You will need to GC your own project when the husband-and-wife team ghost you, regardless of how many times you reach out & beg for firm schedules and updates. Then when they do respond the schedule will go out further due to rework that has to be done because of shoddy workmanship! After firing & hiring multiple Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Drywall subs & a change of the Project Manager (thank goodness that happened or we would be farther behind) they will attempt to recoup their losses by submitting inflated "Change Orders" resulting in continual price creep far exceeding your initial budget! Additionally, it is WHC's common practice to change the contractual invoice payment terms by submitting invoices & then demanding that you pay immediately or they will stop work! They will have no remorse for the "living hell" they are putting you through and all-the-while treat you in a condescending manner as though the delays are your fault. HEED THE WARNING & think long & hard before contracting with Will Howard Construction!!! Save your tome, money & MAJOR AGGRAVATION!!!
