We would like to share our experience with Brad Tanck Plumbing. We called this company three days ago about a plumbing project in Ellison Bay, WI, and were told by Missi that Brad would call us back, which never happened. When we called today and introduced myself, asking for Missi, she hung up on me without saying anything further. We tried calling back several times with no response. We would highly not recommend this company due to their very poor customer service, which can be a significant problem in future projects when you need reliable communication. After we left a negative review, Missi called me back from a hidden telephone number, trying to represent a different company "Cart On 12" (where we also left negative feedback which is posted on Google) and tried to figure out who we were and why we left the negative feedback. This disappointed me even more and makes it seem like this company is not focused on plumbing at all.
