Unreliable. Unprofessional. Unskilled. Metal roof job. No underlayment. No venting. He put metal to shingle in his own way in his own time. Did not show up when he said he would. He made his health and vehicle problems my problem. Job took nearly three months on 1,200 sq.ft. ranch house. He had to custom cut roof panels with cutoff wheel because he didn't take proper measurements. Apparently it was a surprise that my 40 year old house on a slab with 3 layers of shingles had settled a bit . They're now heavily discolored on the overhangs. Installed cosmetically damaged materials and tried to blame me for his improper storage. Left a huge mess. I'm still finding shingle pieces a year and a half later that his workers butchered off the edge. Agreed to payment schedule in contract but he took many draws until the final balance was $250. I wasn't happy with the job and wanted to withhold the final payment. He threw a fit and told me he'd see me in court. Stay away from him. He has relatives in the area that do similar work. They seem decent. He is not.
