Not friendly oriented! Rude to paying customers! Won't return phone calls! Have too much on their plate n can't handle the work load of HOA'S! Don't care either! Especially if your elderly n not computer wise! Your just a dumb old senior citizen to them! The worst company ever to deal with! And you think they care? Nope, just another paycheck for them!
