Nightmare of an experience working with Jeremy Dabbs / Dabbs Concrete & Construction last summer. We hired him for a standard concrete slab that ended up having a rare lignite problem. After only 3 days of pouring the slab, holes popped up all across the slab (up to ¼”) with rust coming out of them. It seemed to me that Jeremy immediately pointed the finger to his cement supplier. The cement supplier did refund us for the cost of the cement. However, Jeremy Dabbs / Dabbs Concrete & Construction refused to re-pour the slab or provide a full refund. In my opinion, he would not take responsibility for the job even though we hired him (not his supplier). We now are left doing maintenance we did not want to do. From my experience, I would not recommend placing your trust in them to take care of you when things go wrong.

This review is crazy! I charge nothing upfront only upon completion. I did try to resolve the issue before we went to court, but you did not want to sign a waiver. When we went to court the judge sided with me stating there was nothing wrong with the work I did for you. The concrete was within spec, it is allowed a certain amount of lignite which bleaches out after approximately 30 days. Thus, when we went to court you got nothing from me. You even had to sign a paper stating you were fine with the judgement! I have done several hundred thousand dollars worth of work in the area since 2006 with no complaints. You even said in court I came highly recommended, that's why you went with my bid that was higher than the others you got. There's always somebody looking for something for free. You are lying, you didn't provide any current pictures in Court. You tried to lie and say the pictures were current, but they were from 2 days after I poured when the few areas that had lignite in them showed up. They were not current pictures and I had a screenshot showing that your pictures were the same exact pictures your husband sent me two days after the pour. When we met 2 weeks after I poured it with the sand plant manager and the Ready Mix company to look at it because they were going to turn it into their insurance to pay me to redo it, 95% of it had dissipated, and there was no sign of it just like they told you it dissipates in approximately 30 days. That's exactly why the judge sided with me. Otherwise, you would have got a judgment from me and I would have had to redo it. I just wonder why you signed the papers saying you were satisfied with the judgement? It was only $30 to appeal it. If there's a way to upload the court document I will do it just to prove that you are lying!
