We were referred by Samsung. We paid a fee to have them look at our refrigerator. They told us nothing was wrong even though it had stopped cooling two previous times. The technician told me it was our electrical system and to call him if I had any additional problems. We did shortly. I had an electrician come look at our electrical system. All was fine. I called another company because Cyber World refused to come back. They rejected our request because we were “out of area.” The new technician we called came and said that we had a bad compressor fan. He replaced it, and my fridge now works great. I do not recommend anyone to go to Cyber World!
