This store sent a package to the wrong address. USPS show me evidence the package was sent to a different address (USPS processing machine read and record the address of every mail that goes tru). The Wood Shape Store did not honor my complaint, just want me to pay more money submitting a new order.

I do not recommend this store. The customer service is not friendly and does not make concessions if you make a mistake when ordering. I'm not very happy.
