HORRIBLE SERVICE.. At the start of June, Deep End was supposed to replace all the hard piping on my pool station.. They sent an elderly man with a hunched back to do the job alone. None of the hard piping was replaced except 1 small section with a cracked valve. That's all that was done with the exception of adding a new Frogger, which again, was poor workmanship as it was installed on top of the filter, not on the concrete pad like it was originally located. It will not survive the winds of winter, nor will the tarp fit over it. Multiple calls and text messages were sent to Urion Darling, the owner and he chose to ignore them. I guess I'll see him in court!
