This is the worst review I can make for a courier service. This company will ignore you when problems arise. Upcharge and charm you. I have tried numerous times to resolve a damage claim, in which he had me get my own shipping thru usps with insurance and he charged me $40 for shipping materials. Item never left Wichita and was damaged for no shipping material in box. (Not covered by usps) I wasted over $100 in cost not including the cost of my item!!!!All the items broke and he will not respond nor resolve issue. When I texted him genuinely like let's just come to a mutual resolution. He responded I have the wrong number. It's been 3 1/2 months. Mean while this company received 2 business Covid relieve funds! Sorry public records sir please fix this issue Mr. and Mrs. Shadrick
