Pathetic service !!! Technician no call no show !! Have some respect and courtesy and privacy of your customers!!! I had to call to see why he didn't come . I have a family and kids and now the appointment window is until 9pm !!! Do you think this is appropriate!! I have no choice but stick with it as I need the repair to be done !!! Never again with this company!!!

This is a company who have employees which do not understand the concept of customer service (specifically Samantha). Prospective clients reaching out to TK are looking to possibly hire them for a job or look for guidance and/or recommendation for whatever their problem or issue may be. They especially do not want to be treated rudely or unprofessionally! Unacceptable at all levels !!!!
