603 property management gave me an estimate for an addition for my deck and also to redo my ridge vent with cobra vent installed and new cap shingles. I could only afford the ridge vent to be done WITH COBRA VENT and new cap shingles, I repeated myself multiple times I expected cobra vent to be installed. 603 pm confirmed with me on every occasion, the work was completed I got home to inspect the work completed and noticed cobra vent was not installed just cap shingles replaced. The money I spent was not for just shingles to be replaced. I was in direct contact with the owner or boss of 603 pm and was told multiple times they would be back to complete the job I was expecting but it has since been longer than a month by now with no contact or updates as to when or if the work I paid for would be done as we agreed. I do not recommend this company for your upcoming projects.
