My advice, If you hire him make sure the price is clear as he doesn’t tell you everything up front, ask for receipts and check your invoice carefully. A $900 job for me turned out to be nearly $1200 because he changed the all-inclusive price and marked up materials by nearly double the cost on his invoice. He took screws out of approx 15 boards to use on the trim instead of buying more. He left a gap on the side instead of cutting a board to fit the area. He is a crook! Shoddy workmanship. Beware if you use him! He doesn’t do what you pay him to do. He doesn’t listen. I regret ever using him. I would never recommend him to my personal friends based on my experience.
