Do not pay in advance as they never show up when they say they will to do the work. I have fought for months to get my down payment back and when they finally sent it they charged me for 4 hrs. labor when at most they showed up for an hour and trimmed a few branches that they left for me to clean up. They were hired to remove three trees. Absolutely unprofessional and has a huge attitude.
