Their communication is terrible, their prices are worse, and their ability to manage shipments is the absolute worst. They had no idea where entire containers of our products were. They couldn't arrange pickups or dropoffs effectively. They don't communicate their prices in advance so we got slapped with completely outrageous fees. Whatever they quote you for a price, quadruple it to get the final cost. Use these guys at your own peril. Avoid them if you're smart.
