This company performed a water line replacement job for me several months ago. They did a good job. At the end of that job, I made them aware of other work I needed to have completed. They came back out weeks later after I repeatedly asked them to. Got all of the details from me about what I needed done, and then vanished. I eventually received at least three promises via text message that they would complete the quote and send it to me. And they would inform me when they would be able to complete the work. I received at least 3 promises via text message over the course of one month, and then they completely ghosted me. I understand all excavating companies are very busy right now. I know they had other jobs to complete. What really made me angry was the fact I was repeatedly lied to about the quote being completed and sent to me, and a date/time being scheduled for the work to be completed. So what I have to say is this company does a good job, if you can get them to show up. I wouldn't hold your breath about that though.
