I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Speedy HVAC has been extremely disappointing. Communication was almost non-existent - I had to chase them multiple times just to get basic updates, and phone calls and often went unanswered. The so-called "quality" of work left much to be desired. Corners were clearly cut, the craftsmanship was sloppy, and problems that should have been resolved the first time were either ignored or handled so poorly that I'm now left trying to fix them myself or find a more reliable company to clean up their mistakes. HVAC work is too important to entrust to a company that doesn't stand behind its service or respect its customers' time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Speedy HVAC. Despite their claims, they are affiliated with the mechanics and installers who do the work - and unfortunately, the lack of accountability shows. Michelle offered no real help, Carrie was completely incompetent and useless, and Andy did nothing but agree with the issues without ever providing actual solutions. STAY AWAY from this company. I will be posting this review on every channel where they try to promote their business so others don't have to go through the same experience.
