I hired Cosios Landscaping to update my landscape as I am moving in 2 months time. Below is the list of items to be done and their status: Front yard clean up (blowing trimming) including distribution of existing stone on site - They did NO trimming of plant material in my yard. The distribution of stone was poorly done. Bare spots everywhere. Side yard block sidewalk. - This was done horribly. during a recent rain, I walked on the bricks and they sunk into sand. No base! Also, they ran out of pavers for the front part and they simply went from 2 pavers to 1. Irrigation repair for all yard. Almost immediately after they left the yard was flooded. I called. Weeks went by as he always said he would come the next day. He never showed up. Payment - I was quoted $2,000 dollars. After the crew showed up at site, I was told he made a mistake calculating and he charged me $600 more. I will have to pay another contractor to fix these mistakes and finish my yard. They took advantage of this senior couple.
