I recently had the unfortunate experience of being forced into a working relationship unasked with White Lighting Logistics AKA (1 person business made up of the owner RICHARD WHITE) though another scam artist own company Showroom Transport(TY LECKNER). I hired Showroom Transport who then sent the convict that owns White Lightening Logistics to transport an RV, and I can confidently say that it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. White Lighting aka RICHARD WHITE transported was stolen by him entirely and has still not been handed over a year later. Yes, you read correctly. After RICHACRD WHITE did not inspect or even walk around the RV before he took off with it and was not even healthy enough to place the hitch adapter in the bed of his truck. Asked an employee of the company that these assets belonged to, to hook it up and install it in his truck for him. He then took off without inspecting, walking around, or doing any diligence (the whole reason he was there and the whole reason a professional "in this case not so professional" company was hired in the first place), this was obviously a big mistake. Because as he took off in his truck of which had completely bald, and slick warn down (illegal and would never pass inspections tires). He then ended up blowing out a tire and instead of stopping because he was on the HW in the middle of nowhere, upon his own accord decided ignorantly to then drive another 100ish miles on the HW with the blow out causing another second blow out. This has all been seen on HW CCTV and cannot be denied. Then thinking of any attempted to push blame off himself knowing he was not only to blame but would not be paid and would be/is liable in the long wrong, which now will cost him an even greater amount... also due to his ignorance.... Decided to blame the customer and came up with the brilliant idea and story that the floor which now had collapsed after all of his negligent actions, poor driving and bad decision to keep going to the next small town after he has already blown out one tire, then two, and then still continued onward... said that due to a small amount of water that was now leaking from the empty of fluids trailer was all due to a leak by the customer. This not only laughable but was just a solid display of the level of intelligence on decision making skills that this person possessed. A person no one asked to show up, nor hired, nor had the contract with. This leak and collapse story was then followed with his ridiculous nature of blaming the customer for bad tires as well. Even though the RV had less than a year-old tires and had just made a trip from LA to FL with zero issue. I also have no idea how he could know if they were bad or not as he couldn't/didn't even walk around the RV to check, nor hook it up himself, all of which was being recorded on CCTV during pick up by the cameras off of the neighboring building. He then after not only being paid half up front demanded the second form of payment and money for tires without the customer knowing the condition of the RV, its location, total amount of damages and without the job being finished. This started the begging of RICHARD WHITE street lawyer career... where his ignorant and uneducated thought process and reasoning was defined as...he should now be paid directly by the customer who did not hire him, but instead hired and originally paid SHOWROOM TRANSPORT and that he was going to hold aka illegally possess and steal the then wrecked RV, in which two $16,000 pieces of equipment where also located inside and other important business material. All of which caused tremendous finical loss and hardship for the company that owned this RV, its crew crew who lived full time in the RV, and the continuous financial effects totaling close to $400,000... this compared to the $3000 he was demanding. Of which the RV owner had never, would never, and still does not have a financial obligation contractually, verbally, or otherwise to legally pay RICHARD WHITE as he was never hired by them and never had any agreements with. He has now committed grand larceny of almost $500,000 total.
