Technician was rude in such a hurry left a screw for the main board out on my table, when i texted him and told him he did not answer me, but he answered all my other text messages. TV broke again like 2 months later , they did never called me , i waited all day on the day of my repair, i called hisense and told them I did not want to deal with that company! Stay away from this place!! look for someone else.
