We have found that our patients who get MAT and also pursue counseling, support groups, and use a spiritual approach can recover. Our Raleigh rehab (in Wake County) is at 50 Creedmoor Rd., across from Abbotswood at Stonehenge assisted living facility. We offer pain management, for back/neck pain, neuropathy, CPRS, RSD, arthritis, and more. Psychotherapy: we have counselors on staff who are able to address the underlying issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. We service the entire state of North Carolina via telehealth.
